my stay at baja inn hoteles rio was wonderful! the staff was super friendly and professional, making me feel right at home. the room was very clean and comfortable. plus, it’s just down the street from mrpampas, an amazing restaurant! i also loved the refreshing heated outdoor pool where i could relax after a long day.

However, we faced disturbances from early morning noise, as buses arrived and chatter echoed in the hallway. This affected our precious family sleep time.

Staff were incredibly helpful when our AC malfunctioned, quickly facilitating a room change. However, the towels had an unpleasant odor and left lint after use, which was off-putting. Additionally, the beds could be cramped for taller guests, impacting comfort during the stay.

I had a wonderful time here with the spacious Standard Double Room and loved the comfy sun loungers by the heated pool. Relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The only downside was the noise from the cleaning carts early in the morning, but it didn't spoil my stay at all. 😊

I loved the superb food prepared by the chef. every dish was a work of art! The only downside was having to step outside to smoke. 😕

We enjoyed our stay near the heart of the city, where colorful markets and local eateries abound. The pool was clean and refreshing, a great spot for the kids to have fun. Taco spots across the street were a bonus!

In my wife’s opinion, adding a kids’ play area would be a fantastic touch.

Had a fun time chillin' here! The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome. The place is easy to get to Rosarito. The room was nice, but it could've used a little updating. The breakfast was tasty though, so that kinda made up for it. A solid choice overall!

This place suits me perfectly with 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and free parking. I remember how the staff kindly returned my forgotten hairbrush during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a city trip!
